I had a pleasant experience checking in and the staff was helpful. The location was convenient for my needs, and the bar had a good selection of drinks. I enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast, though it was basic.
The room cleaning was not done properly, and I had issues with the dinner availability. It was frustrating not to find any dinner options when I arrived hungry.

Had an awesome group trip! We enjoyed our stay, exploring Murrayfield Stadium and a fantastic parkland golf course nearby. The location is perfect, clean rooms, and really friendly staff. Pro tip, ask for fresh milk for your tea—it was a nice touch!
Had a slight issue with the outdated bathroom facilities, which could definitely use some improvements. The water pressure was lacking at times, which was inconvenient.

The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute stroll to the main shopping area, and the full Scottish breakfast was a highlight, definitely a satisfying start to the day. The room was clean and comfortably furnished, though a few original features could use some maintenance. While the bar offered a nice patio space, there were times it felt crowded, especially during breakfast when many guests filled the dining area, which can be a bit overwhelming.

Super comfy & fab brekkie!
Just spent 2 nights in a cozy room with an awesome shower. The staff were super friendly and the location was on point, a quick walk to the city center. Breakfast was legit the best, especially that omelette! Only heard some noise from the hallway at night, but nothing too crazy.

A charming hotel with quaint, English-style rooms that exude character. Despite the cleanliness, the electric shower lacked pressure, making bathing a challenge. Beginners in Edinburgh may enjoy the convenient bus stop nearby, facilitating swift trips to the city center. Opt for a room away from the main road for better peace.

The Triple Room was pretty spacious, which was nice for our family. It was clean, and the heating worked well. We had hot water all the time, which is a plus. Daily cleaning was a nice touch, too. The beds were okay, one was a bit too firm for my liking. it was a decent stay. Nothing super luxurious, but it did the job well enough.
